Wedge (W) Series
The Wedge series is our most economical line of portable vibratory finishing machines. This Wedge 5 is on heavy industrial wheels for exclusive portability and on demand in-house vibratory tumbling, polishing or deburring. It is designed for job shops and other companies looking to eliminate their out-source metal parts finishing or who want the capability to run their own deburring equipment. Made in America!
Continuous Flow Series (FT)
Giant Finishing's FT Series is our specialty for high volume vibratory deburring equipment for parts with short time cycles. Stampings, laser cut parts, die castings, extrusions, and powdered metal parts are all excellent candidates for Giant Finishing's FT series continuous flow systems. Ideal for the facility that is looking to setup in-line production for a continuous flow of parts.
Vibratory Oval Series (GO)
Giant Oval Series vibratory deburring machine is ideal for continous process and high production of small to medium parts (stamping, casting) with time cycles between 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Giant Ovals can be run batch or continuous for the best of both worlds. Made custom for your application and can be made with left- or right-hand side outputs.
Giant Bowl Series (GB)
This vibratory finishing machine has a spiral bottom design that allows for part separation, manual or automatic. Spiral bottom machines feature 100% separation of parts and media with specially designed cast urethane screens. We custom make these screens based on your parts sizes and media chosen for your process. We have made it possible to fully automate the entire finishing process after the loading of parts; the machine will start, process, then unload your parts.
Giant Batch Bowl Series (GBB)
Giant deburring bowls are made out of steel, supported by gussets and then strengthened by heat treating and shot blasting. And they're made here in the United States. These surface enhancing, vibratory finishing machines can tumble hundreds of your parts to achieve a brilliant finish and save you time with the process. We build a great vibratory batch bowl that is engineered to develop the right surface finish for your part. It's built like a "tank"!
Giant Vibratory Tub Series (GT)
Giant Finishing GT Series vibratory deburring equipment and mass finishing machine systems have a variable speed and adjustable eccentric weights which permit deburring action ranging from very aggressive to very gentle action for fragile parts finishing. All Giant Finishing vibratory machines feature our off-set balanced suspension, variable speed, and low work height. For aggressive finishing of iron casting or polishing molds, a Giant Finishing GT will work the part and get a great finish.
Giant GW Parts Washers
Giant Finishing continuous belt washers were developed to provide high volume, efficient cleaning and drying of parts with simple geometries. Parts can be loaded directly onto the belt or put into containers. This will clean and wash all the debris or chemicals off the parts before they are ready for distribution. Available in multiple widths: 12", 18", 24", 30", 36" and 48". Customized units with belts as wide as 96" are available upon request.
